What could be more beautiful, romantic, and magical than releasing lanterns outdoors on the evening of your wedding or festive occasion? Illuminating the sky will amuse both young and old, leaving a memorable impression on all your guests and attendees.

Celestial Paper Lantern

Lanterns made of 100% biodegradable paper, environmentally friendly and without wire. They consist only of thick, fireproof rice paper, a bamboo frame, rope, and a wooden and vegetable wax candle for the igniter. These elements will be completely destroyed at the end of combustion. No waste falls to the ground as there is no metal frame.

Giant Chinese Flying Lantern

The Celestial Lantern is truly giant. It measures 90 cm in height by 60 cm in width. Once lit, the lantern will take off and shine as intensely as a firework. It is so large that it is visible from several hundred meters away, a moment of wonder.

Technical Specifications

The paper hot air balloon measures approximately 90 cm in height and 60 cm in width. The Flying Lanterns are delivered to you in a cardboard protective packaging with instructions for use in French. You can use them immediately; they are ready to use.

• The paper is 100% fireproof.
• The structure is made of bamboo and contains no metal parts.
• The burner is made of solid wood chipboard, not wax.
• The volume of the Flying Lantern is less than 50 dm3.
• The Chinese lantern does not have any reflective parts that could interfere with air traffic.
• The lanterns have been tested compliant by a laboratory.

Use

1. Read the safety and usage instructions carefully.
2. Gently remove the lantern from its packaging.
3. Unfold the sides delicately to avoid tearing the canvas, swinging gently from left to right so that the air enters the opening.
4. Light the 4 sides of the burner with a lighter to ignite it properly.
5. We recommend acting as a team: one person unfolds the lantern and holds it upright while the other person underneath lights the combustible soap.
6. BE PATIENT!!! Wait for the igniter to burn long enough: the lantern’s canvas must be completely stretched by the hot air (between 1 and 2 minutes in autumn).
7. You can release the lantern and let it take off 😀.
